The closest I know of is Shellac (John Bernard) in Crossville Tennessee.  If
you can get away from Music City, you might give him a try at 32 Old
Homestead Hwy, Crossville, TN 38555.  I don't think his is an actual shop
per say, but I haven't found a shell dealer yet who wouldn't take the time
to let a visitor paw through his or her wares.  Good luck,
