I just found found out the hard way about a commonly-made mistake in putting
e-mail links on web pages: in the address itself, there must be NO quotation
marks!  Therefore,
mailto:"MAYHEW, Ross" <[log in to unmask]> will not work on a web page, but
mailto:MAYHEW, Ross <[log in to unmask]> WILL work, since it has no
internal " marks.

THEREFORE,  the conch-l assistance page is FINALLY reasonably error-free, and is
"open for business"!  Experts are standing by.......
