Many place names outside the United States can be found on Geonet <http://gnpswww.nima.mil/geonames/GNS/>

A search there reveals:
Laminusa Island, Philippines: 05° 33'N,  120° 55'E

Cape Engano, Luzon: 18° 35' N, 122° 08' E
Punta Engano is not listed in Geonet, but it is in Cebu Province, so it is not the same place.

There is no listing for "Tonle" in the Marshall Island on Geonet. Not is it listed in "Pacific Island Names", Bishop Museum Miscellaneous Publication 34 (1986).

The only entires for "Tonle" in the Getty Thesaurus of Geographic Names <http://shiva.pub.getty.edu/tgn_browser/> are in Kampuchea.
