For anyone who lives in the Pittsburgh, PA area or who will be in the area
this weekend, the Section of Invertebrate Zoology is having an open house
and will be putting the malacology collection on exhibit for the day.
Tours of the collection are part of Museum admission.

This is the first behind the scene tour of the collection since I have
been volunteering at the Carnegie (10 years) and possibly since our
curator emeritus Dr. Parodiz has retired (20 yrs.).
