Call for paper for BOLLETTINO MALACOLOGICO
BOLLETTINO MALACOLOGICO is the journal of the Italian Society of
Malacology, published by Evolver Publishers (Rome, Italy). It is aimed to
publish original research papers from several malacological disciplines and
work done in marine, freshwater and terrestrial ecosystems.
The Editor and the members of the Editorial Board will also consider
proposals for devoting special issues, or a special section of an issue, to
papers resulting from conferences or workshops on malacology. We also
intend to have a section on "Research Notes", facilitating a rapid
publication of short papers.
All papers are peer reviewed by at least two external referees,
selected from an international panel by the scientific editorial board.
The Editorial Board includes now Daniele Bedulli, University of Parma
(Editor in chief), Renato Chemello, University of Palermo (co-editor,
Ecology), Marco Oliverio, Third University of Rome, (co-editor, Taxonomy
and Systematics), Marco Taviani IGM-CNR of Bologna (co-editor, Palaeontology).
There are no page charges, and the first 50 reprints are free. No charges
are also due to the publication of colour plates, when considered relevant
to the paper by the editorial board.
