Hi Karl:

Jim and I shell the area in the Abacos once or twice a year and do very well.
There are NO restrictions! There are a couple of protected areas further
South.

We bring back up to 135 different species usually. The shelling is wonderful
there.

We will be in the Abacos on June 22-29. Staying in a lovely 4 bedrooms house
in the Harbor called: "Harbor Lights". We go with 3 other couples and rent a
21 foot boat for the week and know all the good spots.

When are you going and where are you staying?

We have NEVER had any problems bringing shells back in through Ft.
Lauderdale. Most of the time they just ask what we have and we tell them.

Hope this helps,

Bobbi
