There IS no difference. I have used NZ-market as well as US-market
Macs and monitors, and there's absolutely no difference. The more
recent ones are all dual-voltage, and export ones are identical to
domestic (US)-market. My curreent Mac systems are used US ones; one
of my monitors is NZ-new, the others used US imports.
