Aydin,
  Some journals already require that type material, or at least the
holotype, be deposited with a museum or academic institution before they
will publish a new description.  You must have the catalog number for the
type material in the paper.  This would require you to have spoken to the
curator and have made arrangements to get the catalog number and deposit
the specimen with the institution.
