Am trying to ID a species collected in Tennessee. I need to know if the
pics of Xolotrema obstricta (Say, 1821) in the Compendium of Landshells,
page 137, 2nd row middle 2 pics are correct for the species named. They
seem more like Inflectarius inflectus (Say, 1821) (bad pic on page 136).
The American Museum of Natural History Guide to Shells says that obstricta
has a sharp keel on the whorl, and its picture in Plate XXXIII shows the
keel.

My specimens look like the pics in Compendium page 137.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks,
John
