Dear Bernd,
Here is another reference:
Mienis, H.K., 2004. Mariene mollusken uit het oostelijk deel van de
Middellandse Zee 21. Een vondst van Fissidentalium rectum op een diepte van
1500 m. Spirula, 339: 75-76.
This note is in Dutch with an English summary. It is dealing with a find off
Haifa, Israel, where it was found at a depth of 1500 m. It was an empty
shell, which looked rather fresh.
Best regards,
Henk K. Mienis
