Can anybody recommend where to snorkel around Punta Cana?  We will be
there for vacation in February, and I have never harvested shells since
I started collecting 3 years ago.  Any idea what shells can be found
there?  In shallow beach waters?  Within deeper but swimable reaches?
Boat accessible?  Is there any danger taking them with bare hands?
Any danger wandering along nontourist beaches to remote beaches, asking
locals for their "waste" shells from food sourcing?  I am an
adventurous, even at 61.  Thank you for your input.
