Mark,
I don't respond to topics often even though I do appreciate reading the
valuable information on conch-L. The topic of the warning label should not
be taken lightly, there have been many instances that the children left for
only a minute will try to play in an almost empty bucket. The children lose
their balance and fall head first and are unable to lift their own weight so
drown in only as little as an inch of water. The case that comes to mind is
the woman washing her car and went to answer the phone and when she came
back out her infant was in fact dead as a result of drowning in her bucket.

Now on the responses of the lawsuit I don't believe that when
confronted with the problem of children drowning that we would worry about
whether the family would sue the company or not. In fact I hope the company
puts the warning label on to save the precious lives of the children not to
save money!
