List Moderator and Listers,

What will the impact be on computer-using shellers if Congress goes
along with the telecommunication corporations' plan to end "net
neutrality" and control what internet users can access?

As I understand it, AT&T and Verizon are trying to get Congress to
re-write the law so that there will be different tiers of service and
some will be unable to access sites freely because they haven't paid
fees to their carriers. Some have compared it to airline service: you
can fly coach or you can fly first-class.

If folks don't like the prospect that everyone will no longer be able
to have equal access to the internet, the time to contact your members
of Congress is now.
