I've been wanting to go to Brazil for years. I'd like to combine some of my interests in Brazil when I go there if at all possible. So, I have the impression that Salvador and Bahia state would be ideal for at least part of the trip because then I could find more tropical shells AND enjoy music where many of the richest styles originated.

Do listers have leads on shelling in the northeast?
