If an image can be displayed on a computer's screen, it can be
downloaded.

The only way to protect your images is to copyright them (or the
Italian equivalent) and aggressively sue to protect yer
copyright. If yer not willing to spend the time and money to
protect yer work, either don't publish it or consider it in the
public domain when you do.
