“How to know the eastern land snails” is a wonderful classic and addition to
your library.  Unfortunately I loaned mine out about 15 years ago and haven’t
seen it since.

The only volume I have remaining from that series is: “How to know the
Seaweeds”, E. Yale Dawson - 1956.  I got it many years ago from Mary D’Aiuto.
Inside the cover it shows a list of 25 different series titles… (listed in
order of publication thru 1963)
