Dear Listers,

I am interested in finding out a bit more about the late Major George
D. Robinson, who collected shells in St. Petersburg, FL during the
middle third of the last century.

It appears that he was the manager of a local radio station for a few
years, but I am unable to tap into any biographical resource for more
knowledge of his conchological activities.

Does someone from the St. Pete area remember him and/or know of
another resource?
