CNN covers an innovative reef rebuilding project that may provide a bright spot in the threat of reef loss from global warming and other man made reef encroachments.  I snorkeled this reef some years back and the devastation from man made reef destruction mentioned by the reporter is truly understated.  This is a step in the right direction, an quite amazing to boot!
