I agree with Marcus, the Nikon Coolpix are a great little camera to use for U/W & general shell photography. Great close up macro options, easy to use & carry. U/W housing is small & compact and generally easy to assemble/ use.

I've had good success in using this camera in feild collecting work for Notocypraea (small endemic cowrie species 15-35mm). Great for taking insitu photo's in crevices, under gutters etc.
Image quality is more than acceptable!
