Gary,
I have a moustache and I dive. I have found that a little water trickles in which I slosh around in the mask (face down) while I am diving.I raise my head a little bit to keep the water in the bottom front of the mask. This keeps the lense free of fog and if I get too much water in the mask I simply clear it. I only get about 1 oz of water after some time so it is not gushing in. You can regulate to some extent, how much water comes in by expelling a little air through your nose to compensate for the pressure changes ( and water intake in the mask) when you dive deeper.
I have heard of people applying vasaline to their moustache and they say that it seals the moustache hairs and prevents water from coming in the mask. I have never tried this. I do not relish the idea of having a greasy moustache but if the water realy bothers you it might be a solution.
Matt
