Good morning, all. As Kevin Cummings pointed out, Judge "Tate" should
indeed be spelled "Tait". This is the kind of error that creeps in when you
think you have it all memorized, but don't. Oops.
 
My apologies to all who were offended by my posting on cream of artichoke
soup. That was out of bounds. However, in my opinion, mollusk recipes are
entirely appropriate on Conch-L. After all, we have often discussed what to
do with the meats after collecting the shells, and this method at least
smells good.
