Last weekend Texas held its biennial "Texas Sheller's Jamboree".

This year it was held in Corpus Christi on S. Padre Island Drive.
> The 3 day event was attended by 63 registrants, and even more for the
auction.
> The programs were fantastic!
> There were some great silent auctions, plus an oral auction.
> There were a some cool dealers and sale tables.
> Saturday night there was the traditional banquette too.

The convention was hosted by:
> The Coastal Bend Shell Club, Corpus Christi, Texas.
> Terry White, Theresa Stelzig and Jean Roe made it happen.
> Plus help the entire CBSC, Rusti Stover, Dave Green (Auction).

Participating Clubs:
> Houston Conchology Society
> Sea Shell Searchers of Brazoria County
> North Texas Conchological Society (Dallas)
> San Antonio Shell Club

We are already looking forward to the next one in 2011!
