I must agree with this point Michael Reagin made:  "My feeling towards the
mutational change would be that it would not be cause for a new species."
Indeed, and to support this maybe it should be required to show at least 10
examples of the "new" species before it could be named , this way the
likelihood of naming a onetime mutation would not lead to yet another
splitter , for what it's worth...Mark
