Ross,
In The Golden Guide "Seashells of North America" by R Tucker Abbott  both a
regular and a narrower, eelgrass form of Tectura testudinalis are
illustrated though Abbott gives the genus as Notoacmea, not Tectura. This
species seems to have a lot of variation both in colouration and shape.
