I'm trying to complete a bibliography but only have one page poor quality
image to work from.
Please see detail below.

Need to know:
     Who is the author?  If it is editor, who is the editor?
     What volume / issue # of Vita Marina is it from?
     Are there other pages for this article/topic?
     Also correction of any errors in my documentation.

Also a high resolution color scan of the page would be appreciated.
