Hoping that we have some Gibberula/marginella experts on the forum, I have
the following question. I recently found a number of gibberula-shells in
the Canary-islands. Looking through some literature (Nordsieck - Shells of
the Canary Islands and Poppe - European Seashells), I fund the note that
Gibberula millaria is a very variabele species. I wonder where I can find
photos of the possible variations. The shells I foud varie from completerly
white to orange banded species, with a lot of in between variations. I
wonder if this all falls underthe same species?

Regards,
