I also have a self-invented joke;
 
One Helix aspersa said to another, "I need to have surgery", "What for?" said the
other.
"I have a bursa appendix!"  SNORK! SNORK! HA! HA! HA! My wife said it was a very silly
joke.
 Boy is this fun!!!
