Dear All,

Linda and Jim Brunner pondered this question and, if memory serves, they
used Dodge (Dodge H., 1952. A historical review of the mollusks of
Linnaeus. Part I. the classes Loricata and Pelecypoda. Bull. Amer. Mus. Nat.
Hist. 100(1): 1-263 and the next six installments) to compose a list of
mollusks (modern definition) named by the master. They went on to fabricate
a prize-winning exhibit including specimens of nearly all these (over 600)
taxa. Shell show judges just love that kind of research/show biz.
