The flame scallop of the aquarium trade is indeed the Lima sp. or file
shell.  I would guess that a "flashing flame scallop" is merely a
marketing ploy like the famous "magic turbo grazer" (any of a number of
common turbans) or the "electric neon fish" (a small tetra that has been
painted!).
