Patty,
  I assume that most of the folks that I trade with have at least some
interest in the shells other than as art objects.  Most of what I ship are
Upper Cenozoic fossil mollusca and I would venture to say they have even
less commercial value than Recent shells.  I label the packages scinetific
specimens or just specimens, no commercial value.  I feel good using this
approach especially since I could not quote a price if someone wanted to
buy something from me.
  As of now I am about 6 months behind on sending some material out.  To
those of you waiting, thank you for your patience.
