Hi Peter,
 
I'm betting Papuina was cited in this instance from following Abbott's usage
in the Compendium. He lumped the whole group using the genus as a catch-all.
Most others treat Papustyla, Megalacron, Rhynchotrochus, Canefriula, etc. as
full genera.
