Probably, but not necessarily all syntypes are the MCZ No xxxyyy & xxxyyy.
There is a possibility that some of the syntypes were donated to another
museum (or swapped) in the past. A lectotype selection -if not done in the
meantime- would be suitable for stability of nomenclature, and in my
opinion one of the MCZ specimens would be most suitable, as it is mentioned
in Clench's catalogue.
