A great question!! I have seen four and yes, they are all green.

Smaragdia feuilletii (Issel) -- Red Sea
Smaragdia rangiana (Ricluz) -- W. Pacific
Smaragdia viridis (Linnaeus) -- Mediterranean
Smaragdia viridimaris Maury -- Florida-Caribbean

Others I have seen listed but I do not know what they look like are:

Smaragdia exalbida Dillwyn -- Argentina
Smaragdia souverbiana Montrouzier -- Philippines (syn. of S. rangiana ?)

I would imagine there are others, green or not, but I haven't seen them
listed. But at a glance it does look like a green genus.
