Dear all,

In any case somebody wants a copy of this and is wondering where to get it,
the short answer is you can't - it's out of print.

I find it very hard when people say 'so-and-so has done such a good book
about this family, why write another book? (sorry Kevin, no personal attack
intended)'. Because, although that may be true, what's the point of saying
that when you can no longer buy the book? Since few publishers can be
motivated to re-print shell books, there is an obvious need for a new book.
