Are you looking for historic land ownership data or current? I know many
commercial sites offer land ownership info in a digital format -
Rockford Map Publishers comes to mind - but they may not have maps for
PA or WV. Of course, they charge for this data.
If you're looking for historic information - many online digital map
collections may include plat maps that might be of help.
Good luck.

Greetings,
>>> I'm doing some research for a patron who would like to know whether
>>> there are any digital collections of land ownership maps available.
>>> He is someone who has used our PA and WV maps on microfiche and
>>> would like to know sources for maps from other states. I have found
>>> plenty of leads in worldcat and the LOC (depending on what location
>>> he is looking for), but wanted to try the web route as well as he
>>> was very interested in that.
>>>
>>> Do any of you know of any such digital projects?
Thanks for your assistance!
