Hi;
OS Crown Copyright is 50 years after date of publication if the map
is published prior to April 1, 2015. It is 70 years after the death
of the last author if the map is published after April 1, 2015.
Details on the copyright is at
https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/business-and-government/licensing/crown-copyright.html
In the past, the OS has been quite protective of its copyright, even
pursuing the publisher of an adult video that used an OS map on the cover.
Cheers
Russell
