Hi Rob,

You're right, and that was the main reason that I new I was doing something wrong (if the website produced neutral topology files, why couldn't I do the same?). The reason why I had to step away from the website is that I am trying to compare the same glycan with the acetylated, and de-acetylated neuraminic acids. While the website would prepare the files for the standard Neu5Ac, I've parameterized (with Lachele's inestimable help) the "Neu" residue, and for that, I had to prepare the glycans manually in tleap.

Thanks very much, and hopefully, as soon as I've validated everything, and I get the approval of my collaborators, I will be uploading here the parameterized neuraminic acid, in case anyone needs it.
