I just tried making reservations yesterday and it took around 20 minutes. It was very confusing and I ended up with the night of the 18th being at the rate of $259. The lady helping me said that whoever is in charge of our convention needs to call and expand the number of rooms reserved for the night of the 18th so people can get the convention rate. It is the only night that no longer has nights at the lower rate. I got a room but at the higher rate. Who do I need to talk to about getting lower rates for the night of the 18th?
