Hello!

I suppose we do not hear much about Helix as a pest
from our European contingent due to the fact that they
are considered a delicacy. Liberally laced with a
garlic,
tarragon, parsley[wide leaf], butter and olive oil sauce

[a bit of heavy cream does wonders for texture of the
sauce].
