Dear Ciliate Researcher

At the workshop on Fostering Community Resources at the 2015 Ciliate Molecular Biology Conference, participants expressed a need to create means to keep the research community in communication on a regular basis.  As a first step, I am encouraging all who are subscribers to the Ciliate Molecular Biology Listserv, to get their colleagues/labmates to join the listserv and receive community updates. I do not think we have had a drive to increase the membership of the listserv in a number of years and I think many new to the community do not know about this valuable forum.
