I doubt that someone who accidentally mixed bleach and
ammonia would be charged with terrorism; however, it
does produce a genuine chemical warfare agent and
should never be done due to the danger to yourself.
Besides, it probably doesn't clean shells as well as plain
bleach. Cleaning solutions typically have warning labels
cautioning against mixing them with anything else for this
reason.
