Dear Everett,

There is no "Curry County in Florida". I have done some work over the years
with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission; however, we don't always hear
of local ordinances when they are adopted.
If you know of a new county ordinance somewhere in Florida, please advise
us.

Thanks,

Dennis Sargent

I just got word today that live collecting is closed in, I believe Curry
County with a one hundred dollar fine for each live shell. I have asked the
bearer of this bad news to write Matt with the info she has and a picture
of the sign beside the road. Got me to worry some.
