Dieter has Alzheimers and requirers a full-time traveling nurse. Somedays
he knows who i am, otherdays he just looks at me with a blank stare though
he seems to function well. I last spoke with him awhile back in a Korean
restaurant in Waianae. He still remembers Pete Basabe of Leeward Dive Shop
introducing him to me as the best shell diver on island. I escorted many
of his dives off the Waianae coast. At times his memory seemed sharper
then mine.  CT
