A follow up just in case a didn't do this it right the first time. Ed wants
to know: can any pecten lover out there reliably separate Decatopecten
plica (L. 1758), suplicatus (Sow. II 1842), velutinus (Sow. II 1842),
striatus (Schumacher 1817).

My mentor, Henk Dijkstra says that though there is an ongoing study on
them, he feels they are all plica. Agreement? Disagreement?

Would like to hear what you have to say.
