I invite you all to have a look at a new page I put together this week of
unionid (freshwater mussel) photos.
http://www.inhs.uiuc.edu:80/~ksc/MusselGenera.html  I am trying to assemble
photos of all of the genera worldwide and later add information on the type
species for each genus.  I would appreciate any feedback, etc.  My Web
skills are rudimentary at best and in the future I would like to arrage
these pages along the lines of Patty's Australian microshell pages which I
think are really well done.  But I need to take a class in URL stuff before
I can do that.
 
On a side note, I had to burn some frequent flyer miles beofre they expired
last week and would appreciate any suggestions on favorite out of the
beaten path shelling beachs/resorts/shacks in the Carribean for a vacation
holliday on a state employee's budget.
