Several months ago a person who submitted several articles to IHSN
mentioned that he was working with Cernohorsky in identifying some
shells for the articles. I asked for more information on Cernohorsky
the next time he talked to Cernohorsky, and to try to get some
information for an update on Cernohorsky article. Cernohorsky didn't
care to include recent activities to us.
Any more specific information is still desired. I feel that Cernohorsky
made great contributions to malacology with his three books and
especially with the two monographs on Mitridae. His present status is
of interest to many people. He resides in retirement in New Zealand is
about all I found for information.
