I am looking for a good back that describes the common creatures that we see
on Pacific coral reefs. A book with photos, common names, and some text on
behavior and habitat would be ideal. I'd appreciate your recommendations.

Three possibly suitable books are below, and I'd appreciate a quick review,
comparison or alternative suggestion:

1. Coral Reef Animals of the Indo-Pacific
     - Animal Life from Africa to Hawaii Exclusive of the Vertebrates
1996. Terrence M. Gosliner, David W. Behrens and Gary C. Williams.

2. Tropical Pacific Invertebrates
     - A Field Guide to the Marine Invertebrates Occurring on
Tropical Pacific Coral Reefs, Seagrass Beds and Mangroves
1995. Patrick L. Colin and Charles Arneson.

3. Indo-Pacific Coral Reef Field Guide
1994. Gerald R. Allen and Roger Steene.

Thanks,
John
