There is a 'national park' by that name. A quick Google search should
bring up some info. try <Humboldt Park> and <Guantanamo>.

5-'03 could be a collecting date (my guess), a locality code, etc. I hate
it when collectors/researchers use code without further info such as Date
Collected 5-'03.
