Having just returned from a Chicago trip here is accurate shuttle
information.

You can prepay or just go to the counter in the baggage area.
Best is to pay round trip, and then you call the day before to arrange
your pickup time.
Be sure to ask how long the trip back will take (they run a circuit)
Chicago airports recommend 3 hours in advance due to their long TSA
lines.
