Dear Mariah,
Brephulopsis was proposed by Lindholm in 1925 as a replacement name for
Brephulus Westerlund, 1902, not of Beck, 1837. The type is Chondrus attenuatus
Krynicki, 1833. Zilch (p. 188)treats it as a subgenus of Zebrina (Pulmonata:
Enidae: Eninae).
In the same work Peristoma Krynicki, 1833 [type Ena merdueniana Krynicki, 1833]
is treated as a subgenus of Ena (same subfamily as above; p. 183).
This might be a good one for our man in Tirol.
